Step16:The dough is fermented to twice the size. After that, take out the gas and divide into 12 parts. Cover the plastic film and relax for a few minutes.
Step17:Round the dough separately. Put it in the egg tart mold with the mouth closed down. Flatten it.
Step18:Take out the frozen pastry, cut into 12 equal slices, and put them on the bread one by one.
Step19:Put it in the oven for a second fermentation. About 30 minutes.
Step20:Take out the fermented bread germ. Preheat the oven. 180 degrees. Heat up and down. After preheating, put the bread embryo into the oven. Middle and lower layer. Bake for 2025 minutes until it is colored.
