A simple taste
Step1:Prepare materials. Slice pork and marinate with corn starch, old soy sauce, raw soy sauce and salt for 10min.
Step2:Put some vegetable oil in the pot and heat it. Fry the meat in the middle of the fire until it is colored. Start the pot and reserve.
Step3:After the pot is washed and dried, add a little oil of fried meat and heat it up. Add all the seasonings except the shallot and saute it until fragrant. Put the fried toothpick meat and stir fry it evenly (if the salt is not enough, add some in this step) to get out of the pot. After the pan is filled, sprinkle the onion.
