Appetizer and quick meal. A simple sauce to stir up the refreshing Kwai. The Q of the vermicelli is delicious. It's good for both young and old.
Step1:Wash and shred the cabbage and carrot.
Step2:Mung bean vermicelli and Haimi are soaked in warm water and then drained. Slice the spicy millet. Chop the garlic.
Step3:Heat it up in a non stick pot. Add lard. When the oil temperature is 50%, add spicy millet and garlic. Stir in sea rice to make it fragrant.
Step4:Add fans and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step5:Add the cabbage and shredded carrot. Stir fry until soft.
Step6:Add 1 tablespoon of raw soy sauce. My Gulong Tiancheng (green label). Stir fry with a little sugar. Add a little salt to taste. Serve.
Step7:Serve on a plate.
