Step1:Sweet potatoes. Purple potatoes are steamed and pressed into mud. Spinach is mashed into juice with a cooking machine.
Step2:Add 200g flour, 2G yeast and 25g sugar respectively to the three kinds of dough. Due to the different water absorption of flour, water should be added as appropriate to form a smooth dough. Ferment in a warm place to twice the size.
Step3:Gently exhaust the fermented dough. Then divide the three kinds of dough into two parts. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough of the same size of the eight inch cake mold. Fold the dough and put it into the mold for secondary fermentation.
Step4:Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
