This is a traditional home dish. My hometown still keeps this tradition during the Spring Festival. Go to the market and pick up a few Jin of hind leg meat. Mix it with white wine and sugar. Make a few Jin of earth sausage. You can eat it in the air before the first month.
Step1:Wash the sausages under water. Put on the ginger slices. Boil the sausages and put them in the pot.
Step2:Pour rice wine on the sausage. Steam for about 8 minutes.
Step3:Out of the pot, slice and dish.
