The first time I ate this glutinous rice date was at my sister's wedding feast. As a cold dish, it was CD-ROM by our children. Jujube is a beauty product for women. On women's day, I made this dessert for myself. I reward myself. Hehe~-
Step1:Choose the same size of jujube. If it's very dry, open it with water and remove the core. I used medium-sized and Tian yuzao.
Step2:Denuclearization. ① Cut the scissors in from the stemmed end. Cut one side. ② Cut both sides of the jujube core from the cut to separate the core from the flesh. ③ Cut another knife under the jujube core. Clip it out with scissors.
Step3:Never use a knife. It's easy to cut your hand. All of them will be ready for use after being de checked.
Step4:Add some warm water to glutinous rice flour and make it into a ball. Dates are already very sweet. So I didn't add sugar to the glutinous rice.
Step5:Take 5g or so. Rub it into long strips.
Step6:It's embedded in the middle of jujube. Gently pinch the two sides of jujube meat. Wrap the glutinous rice strips.
Step7:Pour half a bowl of hot water into the plate. Boil the water in the steamer and steam for 1015 minutes on the plate. Make the glutinous rice transparent.
Step8:Most of the water in the plate is absorbed by jujube. Use honey heating water to mix it into honey water. Pour it on the glutinous rice jujube.
Cooking tips:1. Red dates are too dry to be seeded easily. They should be soaked first. 2. The dry goods store has sold seedless dates. You can buy seedless dates directly if you feel trouble in going to the store. 3. Add a small amount of water when mixing with glutinous rice balls. In the end, there are more glutinous rice balls. Don't throw them away. When you boil them into a small ball and add some wine, they are a snack again. 4. When you steam the dates, the water in the plate can be added to the half height of the date. The dates will absorb water and become soft. 5. Dates are hot. Don't eat too much at once. 6. It's best to eat when it's hot. When it's cold, the glutinous rice will harden.
