Step1:Melt butter in hot wate

Step11:Beat whipped cream and sugar powder to 6 with egg beater and distribute. The whipped cream is liquid
Step12:Pour the cream into the cheese paste. Mix well. Make sure the cheese paste is cool before mixing with the cream. The heat of the cheese paste must not exceed 20 ℃ or the cream will melt when it is hot

Step14:Take out the cake mold from the refrigerator. Pour the cheese paste into the mold. Shake the mold slightly and the cheese paste will be very smooth. Then wrap the plastic film and refrigerate 3 to 4 pieces in the refrigerator until it solidifies
Step15:Use a blower to blow around the mold for demouldin
Step16:After demoulding, decorate it with cream. It can also be omitted. Cut it into pieces and eat it. I like jam cheese cake best. It's sweet but not greasy
Cooking tips:If you like sweet, you can add some sugar properly. But I suggest not to add sugar. Jam is originally sweet, so I don't have the skills to put too much sugar in cooking.
