Step1:Mix all the ingredients except butter, salt and yeast. Don't touch the dough directly. It needs to be very wet and sticky. Then, knead the dough until it's smooth and not sticky. Add butter. Wrap the butter in the dough
Step2:Then knead. Knead to the expansion stage
Step3:Put the dough bag into the oven cushion and ferment in hot water for 60 minutes to twice the size of the dough bag. If you poke a hole in the dough with your finger, it won't rebound, it means that the fermentation is good
Step4:Divide the dough into eight parts and relax for 15 minute
Step5:Put in the mold for a second fermentation to twice the siz
Step6:Brush the surface with egg liqui
Step7:Put it in the preheated oven at 180 ℃ for about 20 minute
Cooking tips:The bread will not be hard - when the bread is cool, put it into a fresh-keeping bag to keep it soft and delicious.
