Super super soft ~ simple. Suitable for children's shoes without bread machine. Please see my post for the detailed process of film release

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Mix all the ingredients except butter, salt and yeast. Don't touch the dough directly. It needs to be very wet and sticky. Then, knead the dough until it's smooth and not sticky. Add butter. Wrap the butter in the dough

  2. Step2:Then knead. Knead to the expansion stage

  3. Step3:Put the dough bag into the oven cushion and ferment in hot water for 60 minutes to twice the size of the dough bag. If you poke a hole in the dough with your finger, it won't rebound, it means that the fermentation is good

  4. Step4:Divide the dough into eight parts and relax for 15 minute

  5. Step5:Put in the mold for a second fermentation to twice the siz

  6. Step6:Brush the surface with egg liqui

  7. Step7:Put it in the preheated oven at 180 ℃ for about 20 minute
