Step7:Heat the puree with water. Let it melt completely and mix with the puree. Make sure that it dissolves completely without caking. Stir while heating.
Step8:Soften the cheese ahead of time. Smooth it with an eggbeater.
Step9:Add the warm puree. Mix well.
Step10:Put the batter aside.
Step11:Beat 200g light cream to 6 and the lines will appear. Don't beat hard.
Step12:Pour in the cheese puree and stir well.
Step13:Pour it into the prepared biscuit bottom mold. Shake it gently after pouring. Let the mousse liquid even and firm. Refrigerate it for at least 6 hours. Overnight is better. I refrigerated it all night.
Step14:After solidification, apply a fan or hot towel to the surrounding area for demoulding.
Step15:Decorate it with any fruit
