Step4:One third of the egg white is put into the yolk bowl. Stir well. Then pour the remaining egg white into the bowl and mix well to make a paste.
Step5:Pour the batter into the mould. Bake in the oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes and then mix at 150 ℃ for 15 minutes.
