Step1:Beat up the eggs and mix well.
Step2:Sugar in milk. If it's milk taken out of the refrigerator, microwave it for 30 seconds first to melt the sugar.
Step3:Add the egg juice into the milk and mix well.
Step4:In order to achieve a delicate taste, the egg milk liquid needs to be screened.
Step5:Pour the sifted egg milk into the egg steaming container. Shake it on the table to eliminate the floating bubbles. Then allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Step6:Boil the steamer with water.

Step8:Soak black currants or raisins in between.

Step10:Put on the dried black currant with mango seeds and hair. If you like it hot, you can start it. However, I like to wait until it's cooled and then put it in the refrigerator and freezer to eat it.
Cooking tips:My formula is not very sweet. Because there are mangoes, the sugar content has been reduced. If you like the sweetness, please add an extra spoonful of sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
