Step11:11. Next, start to make the ocean part. Pour sprite into two basins, 100ml and 50ml respectively. Put the sprite pot in the steamer and heat it. Add the gelatine powder soaked in cold water. Until the gelatine powder melts completely. Let cool at room temperature. Forget to take photos here. Note - 100ml sprite plus 15g gilding. 50ml sprite plus 5g gilding powder. 50ml sprite is added with 50ml Gatorade. 100ml sprite is added with 200ml Gatorade. Refrigerate for more than three hours together, preferably overnight.
Step12:12. Start making cake mousse. Add 80g white sugar to 200ml light cream and beat to the cream like a milkshake.
