Suddenly, I want to eat fried fruit sticks. This is my favorite takeout in college. It's a traditional snack of Han nationality in Fujian, South Fujian, Taiwan, Hainan, Guangdong, Chaoshan, etc. Rice noodles are made into paste, steamed into thin slices and cut into strips. They are also called chips or chips in Taiwan.
Step1:Before using the knife, take a big picture (*^__ ^*) hee hee
Step2:Break up the eggs. Shred the carrots. Shred the lean meat. Slice the cabbage leaves into strips (slightly thinner than the fingers). Shred the strips (about one finger wide) and soak them in warm water. Note: it's better to soak them in warm water. The strips are layered. Sometimes they stick together. They are easy to separate and won't break when soaked in warm water or boiling water
Step3:Heat up the oil. Fry the egg first. Put more oil in it, because you need to fry the dough sticks
Step4:Put the scrambled eggs aside.
Step5:First put the shredded meat in the pot and stir fry until it is white. Then put the cabbage leaves and carrots. Stir fry until the cabbage leaves are soft
Step6:Stir fry out the flavor. Put in the rice noodles. Pour in the sauce for coloring. Add a little salt and chicken essence for seasoning. Note: drain the water before putting the rice noodles into the pot. A small amount of salt and chicken essence is good. The taste of old soy sauce is very stron
Step7:Delicious fried rice noodles out of the pot_ ∩)O
Cooking tips:What we bought is a semi-finished product that has been made. So we don't need to process it any more. We just need to soak it in hot water. We have skills to drain the water before cooking.
