I want to eat bean sprouts, but I dare not buy rootless bean sprouts in the market. Try it on your own. In July 2018, I bought a new tool, which can be called spontaneous bean sprout artifact. The updated content is welcome to click to learn.
Step1:The germinating effects of the two different tools are different. Take a closer look and choose the right one. First, soak the cleaned green beans in warm and cool water for one night. Don't lay the beans too thick to avoid overlapping. It will affect the germination rate.
Step2:Prepare three basins. They must be from small to large. The bottom is the water basin, and the middle is the most important planting basin. Select the leaky basin with small holes; the top basin is a slightly thick pressure basin. Because when sprouting, to make the buds grow coarser, put a pressure basin on them.
Step3:Take out the drain basin and put a piece of wet gauze on the bottom (or not). Spread out the green beans that have been soaked all night. Cover with a cloth or towel with darker color to cover the light. Because the green bean sprouts cannot be seen during the whole germination process. Otherwise, the quality will be greatly reduced and the color will be red. After paving, pour water through. Put in a large water basin. Then put the pressure basin on the cloth. Wait for sprouting.
Step4:Put the outer layer in a black plastic bag to create a full black environment. When watering, open the black bag. Water through 13 times a day. Slightly drain the water. Do not uncover the cloth in the middle. Take away the pressure basin when the sprout grows higher on the third day. You can eat it on the fourth day or so. If it is winter time, it should be extended appropriately.
Step5:Take a look at the sprouts. They grow well one by one. See that tangled fibrous root? I cut the sprouts with scissors for fear of affecting the taste. The fibrous roots were discarded. If you are not afraid of the earth, you can stay.
Step6:I changed the tool for sprouting again. The effect is much better than the basin used in front. Similar methods. First find a foam box, leaky plastic basin and shading cloth. Then follow the previous steps 1, 3 and 4.
Step7:Water 1 times a day, and watch the water leakage basin and foam box remain suspended, so bean sprouts will grow straight. Roots must be straight.
Step8:See if it's very vigorous. But because can't put pressure basin. So the bean sprouts will be smaller.
Step9:The long and straight sprouts are very beautiful.
Step10:Saute the bean sprouts in the frying pan with diced onion. It's done in a few minutes.
Step11:The third way is to buy a set of plastic baskets with chassis, holes and cotton paper. X Bao is available. The price is not expensive, but it is quite easy to use. Usually covered with soaked mung beans. The germination rate is very hig
