In summer, because of the hot weather, the appetite is poor. I'd like some cold dishes. Dinner. Eat kelp more. Clear away heat, light fire and detoxify.
Step1:Kelp is soaked in water. I soak it before work in the morning. I come back after work in the afternoon.
Step2:Cut pepper, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

Step4:Take another pot. Put in vegetable oil. When it's 70% hot, stir fry it over low heat. Step 2. Turn off the heat.
Step5:Drain the boiled kelp and quickly put it into the pot. Add salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce. Mix well. Refrigerate for more than 3 hours after cooling.
Cooking tips:1. Wash the kelp several times. Clean the mud and sand. 2. Mix the kelp while it's hot. When it's cold, it can't be mixed well. 3. Refrigerate for more than 3 hours. Try to eat in 24 hours. 4. If you are in a hurry, you can also put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Don't freeze it into ice. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
