My baby likes steamed meat these days. But he doesn't like vegetables. So he uses red pepper to steam. This is a nutritious bar. My baby also likes it.
Step1:After buying the meat, wash it with hot water. Cut it into slices. After cleaning the ginger, cut it into slices and mix it with the slices. It is also OK to chop the meat slices or ginger slices mixed together into meat foam with a knife or beat them into meat foam with a cooking machine.
Step2:Put two eggs into the bowl and mix them up. Add in the meat foam and chicken essence, salt and sesame oil. Mix well. I use native eggs here, so the color is a little yellow.
Step3:Spoon the prepared meat into the processed red pepper.
Step4:Put the red peppers in the steaming pan and steam for about five minutes. When you uncover the pan and see the surface solidify, use chopsticks to stir the foam gently. Press the frozen foam to the bottom. (this will help the meat foam to ripen easily, and it doesn't need to be steamed for a long time.) stir it gently every few minutes until the chopsticks feel a little hard when they are inserted. It means it's done. Then there's no need to stir it.
Step5:Steam and cook to make a pot. If the heart is made of meat, you can make a pot
Step6:I put the extra meat foam in a small bowl, steamed and served with a bowl of miscellaneous grain rice and pumpkin potato soup. The baby ate happily.
