Bean curd in cold sauce -- appetizer in summer

I got up in the morning and went upstairs to see that the beans I planted were growing a lot. Organic vegetables. I can't finish it, so I'll give it to my friends and relatives. I made steamed noodles with bean curd at noon. I don't have any appetite when it's hot. I also don't want to stir fry. I made cold bean curd at night. The spicy chili oil with garlic juice, ginger juice, chili oil, vinegar and sugar is sour and sweet. It's really sour and appetizing. It's delicious with a bowl of millet porridge. Step1:Wash the beans. Prepare the seasoning. Add some water to the pot and heat it.
Step2:Peel the garlic. Cut three or four pieces of ginger and mash them together.

Step4:Put a little salt and a small spoon of sesame oil into the pot and boil the beans for two to three minutes.
Step5:After the beans are cooked, remove the cold water twice. Remove the drenched water and cut into small sections. Put them in the plate.
Step6:Pour on the mixture and mix well. Hot and sour appetizers make you have a big appetite. I don't have to stand by the fire in such a hot summer to stir fry. It's a quota for summer.
