Cooking Steps

   Step1:Sesame paste - take a spoonful of sesame paste (for one person). Pour in a small amount of boiled water and spread it (the water-based sesame paste is fresh and not greasy). Add sesame oil, proper soy sauce, a small amount of vinegar (if you put too much, it will become cold noodles) and continue to spread it. Add chicken essence (the noodles in the restaurant are delicious because you put chicken essence). Taste the salt. Then add salt that suits your taste. And a small amount of white sugar (fresh).

   Step2:Noodles - boil a pot of boiling water. Put in any noodles you like after the water is boiled. Cook to the extent you like. Pass it through with cold water. If you like to eat cold noodles, you can do it several times (noodles are watered so that they are not sticky)

   Step3:Garnish - you can make garnish during boiling water. Take one or two eggs, mix them and spread them into thin egg pancakes. Cool them and cut them into shreds. Take a proper amount of cucumber and cut them into shreds (you can also put blanched bean sprouts, dried tofu shreds, carrot shreds or sausage shreds, etc.)

   Step4:Set the plate - put the noodles with good water into the bottom of the plate → sprinkle with sesame paste → chili oil → code the matching dishes well → sprinkle with white sesame seeds. It's good to have a delicious mashed noodles. I believe it will be your best choice in the hot summe
