My mother taught me how to cook mung beans. The color of the green bean soup is very good, and the soup will not come out of the air valve during the boiling process. It saves a lot of time than the ordinary pot.
Step1:Wash mung bean. Add some water (about 2cm from the mung bean surface). The pressure cooker is boiled over high heat. Turn off the fire as soon as the air valve rings.

Step3:After the autoclave is covered, continue to cook in high heat. Turn off the fire as soon as the air valve rings. Wait until the pressure cooker can be opened. The mungbean will be cooked.
