Two ordinary days
Step1:When the chicken is bought, it has been cut into pieces. After washing, add cooking wine and soy sauce to marinate. Cut potatoes into pieces. Remove the seeds of green peppers and cut into diamond shape. Then, cut onion and coriander, ginger and garlic, star anise, fragrant leaves and dried peppers.
Step2:Put oil in the pot (not too much. The chicken is fatter). Stir fry the ginger, garlic, anise and dried pepper to make it fragrant.
Step3:Put the chicken into the pot. Stir fry until it is as shown in the figure ~
Step4:Add in some soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt, and simmer for 10 minutes with wate
Step5:Potatoes in the pot. When the water is less, you can add a little water and simmer for 58 minutes
Step6:Stir fry the green peppers to make a pot. Sprinkle with scallion and cauliflower and serve
Cooking tips:Cut the potatoes into small pieces. It's better to cook before the green peppers.
