Step3:Add more than half of the bowl of cold boiled water. The amount of water is mainly beans and potatoes. Add soy sauce, thirteen spices and salt to taste. Cover the pot and wait for the water to boil.
Step4:Boil the water in the pot for another two minutes. Put the soup in a bowl. It's enough to keep only the soup around the dish in the pot. Spread the noodles loosely on the vegetables. After laying the first layer, pour a little peanut oil (any oil is OK) and then lay the second layer. Then pour some soup along the edge of the pot. Cover the pot and stew the noodles.
Step5:During the period of stewing noodles. First, you should estimate the time. Don't always lift the lid of the pot. It's not easy to cook noodles because the heat doesn't gather. Second, we need to pay attention to that we can't paste the bottom. Use chopsticks to pick and pull the noodles. But be careful not to stir the noodles to the bottom of the pot. Try to keep the noodles in the state just put on. Third, when the soup is almost gone, add the soup reserved in the bowl to the pot along the edge of the pot. Add the soup about three times. Until the noodles are cooked. The soup is almost done. Put in the minced garlic. Add in a little chicken essence. Stir well. The fragrant stewed noodles can come out of the pot ~ ~ so the stewed noodles are elastic and tasty. It's much better than noodle
Cooking tips:Warm tip - leave some garlic and say it will taste better when the noodles are cooked. But I overestimated my stomach. Eating raw garlic is really hard to cook and delicious.
