Seal or cover with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator. Wash the dried mushrooms and soak them in cold water. Marinate the chicken at noon. It's good to eat at night.
Step2:Steamed rice. Add a little oil into the water and mix well.
Step3:Cut shredded green onion, chopped green onion and shredded ginger. Cut the mushrooms in half.
Step4:Prepare the sauce - onion shreds, ginger shreds, two spoons of delicious sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, four spoonfuls of mushroom water, and half a spoonful of raw meal. Mix well.
Step5:Stir fry the onion in the oil pan. Stir fry the mushrooms for a while. Add the chicken meat (pick up the ginger slices and scallions and throw them away. Do not use the extra marinade). Sprinkle a little white pepper. After the chicken changes color, stir the prepared sauce. Pour it into the pot. Stew over low heat. If you need more juice, you can continue to put mushroom water. Turn off the fire when the chicken is almost cooked.
Step6:Watch the rice. When the surface is honeycombed and the water is almost out of sight, pour the mushroom chicken and the sauce in the frying pan onto the rice. Cover it.
Step7:Scald the rape. Take it out and drain it.
Step8:Electric rice cooker means that after the rice is steamed, put the rape in. This is the best time to watch this pot of rice. Put the lid back on and wait another ten minutes.
Step9:Stir it for ten minutes before you start. The chicken is tender and tasty.
