There's nothing more delicious in summer than the cold dishes with lees. It's not only appetizer but also a good wine dish. It's super simple. My friends can make it together. It is a kind of distiller's grains with strong aroma extracted from the aged distiller's grains by scientific method, and then mixed with the spicy flavoring sauce. The refined distiller's grains are transparent and free of sedimentation, highlighting the aroma of the aged distiller's grains. They have a moderate taste of fresh and salty. They can be dipped in meat and vegetable. They are suitable for steamed, steamed, preserved, and fried vegetables. The ready-made dry distiller's grains (i.e. distiller's grains) can't be used for seasoning directly. They can only be used after being processed into fragrant distiller's grains.
Step1:Cut off the chicken claws and clean the fingernails.
Step2:Put half the pot of water, chicken feet, onion and ginger, cooking wine into the pot.
Step3:Turn the heat to a low heat and simmer for half an hour. The chicken feet are already very crisp. If you like to eat something chewy, you can cook it less for a while.
Step4:Wash the chicken feet with cold water. After one pass of cold boiled water, cut the chicken feet into two with clean kitchen scissors. Put them in a larger bowl. Pour in the marinade.
Step5:Refrigerate it for two hours and take it out.
Step6:Here's a picture of the finished product. The chicken feet have been marinated for two hours. It's fully tasted. It's delicious. It's very good in summer.
Cooking tips:The marinade itself is very salty. Chicken feet should not be soaked for too long. If it needs to be refrigerated overnight, add some cold boiled water to the marinade and adjust to the saltiness you like. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
