1. Add water and knead the flour evenly. Add onion and knead it a few times. Put it aside for use. 2. Cut green peppers, sausages and carrots into shreds or grains. Then put oil in the pot and stir fry with bean paste. Dish out. 3. Divide the kneaded flour into 3 pieces. Use a rolling pin to roll it into 1 cm pancakes. Evenly spread the fried vegetables on the pancakes. Fold both sides in half to the middle and then fold them in half. Cut into 3 pieces. Put a little oil in the pan. Fry in the pan over low heat.
