Summer is a good time to eat bitter gourd. There are three ways to get rid of bitter melon: ice, water blanching and salt. Blanching will lose some nutrients. Salt will increase salt intake. Therefore, the most recommended way to eat is ice. Today, I would like to introduce another way of eating steamed food. In order to improve the taste, eggs are added. It's a better way to eat balsam pear in summer. -
Step1:Blanch peas and celery. Chop celery. Mix with minced pork and ingredients. Marinate for more than 20 minutes.
Step2:Cut balsam pear into 1cm thick slice
Step3:Scoop out the pith of balsam pea
Step4:Put the marinated meat stuffing into balsam pear. Put it into the steamer. Steam for 15 minute
Step5:Break up the eggs. Pour them into the steamed balsam pear. Just before the bottom of the plate. Steam for 4 minutes
Step6:Drizzle with steamed fish and soy sauce. Sprinkle with peas. You can serve ~
