Step1:Use warm water and boil the baking powder. Pour a small amount of baking powder into flour for many times and stir by hand. Mix into dough. Cover with wet towel and put into warm place for fermentation.
Step2:Put the fermented flour on the chopping board and knead it repeatedly. Add some dry flour if it is sticky. (you can put 1g of alkali noodles or not). I put some alkali noodles. After putting alkali noodles, remember to knead them well.
Step3:I bought thin ham sausage. The size can be controlled by myself. If it's thick, you can cut it from the middle.
Step4:After repeated kneading, the noodles are cut into preparations one by one. Rub the preparation into strips one by one.
