Step1:Add sugar powder and salt into the egg mixture. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the melted butter and mix well.
Step2:Add the flour with low gluten and mix it to form a paste.
Step3:Add black sesame and mix well.
Step4:Preheat the two sides of the omelet mould for 3 minutes. Spoon a spoon of batter. Quickly close the omelet mould. Press the handle tightly. Bake for about 1 minute. Turn over the omelet mould for another 1 minute and 30 seconds until the surface is slightly golden.
Step5:Use chopsticks to hold the egg skin and gently roll it up. After rolling, close the mouth and press it on the bottom. Use chopsticks to press down for 10 seconds to set the shape of the egg roll. It will become crisp after cooling. Remember to keep it sealed. Eat it in a week
