Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Peel and wash the purple potato. Cut into small pieces. Steam in a boiling water pot for 20 minutes. Press into the purple potato puree with a spoon. Add in the sugar powder and mix well.
Step3:Add glutinous rice flour and knead it into a non stick dough (about 150g).
Step4:Knead the dough into about 15g balls.
Step5:Dip the purple potato ball in clean water and white sesame again.
Step6:Preheat the air fryer at 180 ℃ for 5 minutes. Put in the purple potato ball. Brush the purple potato ball evenly with a layer of oil. Bake for about 15-20 minutes (during the production, take out the fryer and shake it back and forth to make the purple potato ball evenly heated).
