I like garlic oysters very much. I don't think it's sanitary to barbecue outside. So I make it myself.
Step1:Brush the oysters clean. Pry them open.
Step2:After prying it off, flush it with water. Wash away the dirt and some broken shells.
Step3:Chop the garlic into minced garlic. (I broke them open into a bottle and shook them violently. When I took them out, they peeled off very well. Then I put them in the garlic press and pressed them into a paste.
Step4:Add cooking oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the garlic into the pot and stir fry. Stir until it changes color slightly, then add some soy sauce. Stir for another minute. Be sure to use a small fire..... Little fire...
Step5:Preheat the oven at 150 ℃ for 10 minutes. Spoon the fried garlic on the oyster. Put it in the oven. Heat it up and down at 180 ℃ for 18 minutes.
Step6:It's so delicious..... I can eat a baking tray at a time.
Cooking tips:Because I don't eat spicy, I don't put chili. If I like spicy, I can cut the chili and stir fry it with minced garlic to make dishes.
