Stir fry the coriander sticks, scallion and garlic. 8. Stir fry the small ingredients until fragrant. After the garlic is slightly yellow, fry the shrimp. Add salt and stir well. 9. Cook rice wine along the edge of the pot. Add half a bowl of hot water. Don't use too much water. Otherwise, the fragrance is not strong enough. 10. Lower the leaves of cauliflower and onion. Cover and simmer for about 1 minute. Turn on the fire and collect the juice.
