I have made a lot of Qifeng cakes. Although I have made some progress, there are always some shortcomings. Today, I want to share with you my successful Qi Feng.
Step1:1. Prepare a clean and anhydrous basin to separate egg yolk protein.
Step2:2. Pour the milk into the egg yolk and stir well. Stir well in the corn oil.
Step3:3. Sift in the flour and stir in the way of cooking until there is no granule.
Step4:4. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the protein and beat until dry and foamy.
Step5:6. Take one third of the egg white and mix it evenly in the egg yolk paste. Mix the egg yolk paste into the egg white.
Step6:7. Take 6-inch round mold. Pour the cake batter into the grinder and put it in the preheated oven.
Step7:8.150 ℃ for 50 minutes. Take it out and buckle it upside down. Cool thoroughly before demoulding. Otherwise, it will collapse. Remember to keep it cool.
