Step1:Put corn flour and glutinous rice flour into the cooking basin.
Step2:Stir well with chopsticks. Add milk.
Step3:Add in soft white sugar. Stir with chopsticks. Mix well.
Step4:Brush the pan with a little oil.
Step5:Spoon corn batter into a non stick pan.
Step6:Once it's done, turn it over and fry it for a while. Sprinkle with chopped roasted walnuts and cranberries to serve.
