Hongsanzhu and heisanzhu are famous home dishes in Yunnan. The standard match of red three chop is red pepper, tomato and minced meat. It's mixed with hot and sour. It doesn't take the meat flavor; black three chop usually uses rose cabbage, minced meat and mushrooms. According to your own taste, you can also choose black agaric and black Douchi; a salty and Sour Rice killer. Black three chop - 200g rose cabbage, 100g mushroom, 200g minced pork, 3 green peppers, ginger and garlic; red three chop - 6 millet peppers, 3 green peppers, 1 tomato, 200g minced pork, garlic, ginger, sea salt and soy sauce
Step1:Soak rose cabbage (black mustard) in water for 1 hour, reduce salty taste, and then chop it for us
Step2:Clean and dice the fresh mushrooms; remove the seeds of green peppers and chop them for several times
Step3:Turn on the fire. When the pot is slightly smoky, pour in the oil. Then stir fry the ginger and garlic. Add the minced meat and stir fry until it is slightly burnt
Step4:Stir fry the diced mushroom and the diced cabbage. Finally, add the diced green pepper. Stir twice.
Step5:This dish doesn't need any seasoning. It's already salty and delicious.
Step6:Then do the red three chop - remove the seeds of millet and green pepper, dice and chop
Step7:Scald the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and dice them
Step8:Heat up the oil, pour in the ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant; then add in the minced meat and stir fry until it's broken. Pour in a little soy sauce and color it
Step9:Add the diced tomatoes and continue to stir fry until they are juicy. The soup turns red
Step10:Finally, stir fry the diced red and green peppers. Sprinkle some sea salt to get out of the pot.
