Muxurou, also known as Muxi meat, is a typical northern dish. (in Beijing, it is called egg as the lute sound. Influenced by the previous wood sound, it becomes the Xu sound. Thus, the lute is also written as muxurou , and the fried meat of eggs and cucumbers becomes muxurou .
Step1:Marinate black fungus in advance. Slice meat. Add raw powder, a little salt, cooking wine and a little salad oil. Shred ginger. Slice onion.
Step2:Oil pot. First fry the eggs and put them aside. Then add a little oil. Stir fry the meat slices. When the meat slices are white, put the ginger and scallion slices and stir fry until fragrant.
