Self driving tour is via Yantai. A small fat dumpling restaurant near the railway station. The first taste of Spanish mackerel dumplings is unforgettable. The skin is thin and sunken.
Step1:Mix Spanish mackerel stuffing with meat stuffing. Add cooking wine, salt, oil and mix well.
Step2:Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the stuffing.

Step4:Make dumplings. Make sure you have a thin skin and a big sink.
Step5:Boil the dumplings and put them in the pot. Add a bowl of water after the first boiling. Turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes after the second boiling.

Cooking tips:Minced meat with streaky pork tastes better. But my family don't like fat meat. So I add lean tenderloin. I really can't estimate the quantity. The regular cook should be able to grasp the right size. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
