Step1:Wash the fat intestines with vegetable oil, tear off the tendons and blanch them for use. Sliced ginger and garlic, together with fragrant leaves, star anise and pepper, put them in the pot and cook for more than 30 minutes (if you like the soft taste, increase the time appropriately).
Step2:Slicing ginger and garlic, slicing shallot into oblique sections, slicing dried sea pepper into two sections, some prickly ash and slicing sharp green pepper for standby.
Step3:Spare the fat intestines for cooking.
Step4:Heat the oil in a pot and let it cool. Add ginger, scallion and garlic, dried sea pepper and prickly ash. Stir fry slowly over low heat.
Step5:When the fragrance comes out, put the bean curd, old soy sauce, white sugar and stir fry slowly until the bean curd is broken.
Step6:Stir fry the fat intestines until fragrant.
Step7:Stir fry the green pepper until it's broken.
Step8:Put in some chicken essence and salt to taste. Start the pot and dish.
