The frog is tender and delicious. The frogs before Bailu are the most delicious when threshing. The meat is fatter and the bones are softer.
Step1:Frogs skin, viscera, claws, eyes, mouth. Sprinkle salt for a while. Rinse with water.

Step4:Stir fry the frog until the surface is broken. Add the old soy sauce to bring out the loquat color. Put in lard. The amount of lard is about the same as the previous clear oil. I use the oil directly from the stewed streaky pork here. If not, put lard directly.
