I like the taste of black fish and snails. I like the crispness and sweetness of tortillas. There's a kind of stubbornness about food.
Step1:Clean up the black fish. Remove the black film on the belly of the fish. Put the snail in the water and spit out the mud.

Step6:Cook the fish and snails for 20 minutes, then evenly pull off the corn dough and press the palm of the dough flat. Stick them to the edge of the pot one by one. Cover and simmer for another 20 minute
Step7:When the fish soup is almost finished. When the cake is cooked, it can be put into the green and red peppers. And the garlic can be boiled for another 1 minute to get out of the pot.
Step8:A yellow tortilla dipped in fish soup. It's delicious.

Cooking tips:The black fish should be salted in advance to taste. The ratio of corn flour and common flour for making corn cake is 1:1, which is good for cooking.
