Step1:Wash and dry the fish. Marinate with white wine, salt, ginger and half lemon juice for 20 minutes.
Step2:Put oil in the pot and fry the saury until golden on both sides. Put ginger, garlic and pepper (I don't want spicy ones. I don't like spicy ones) to explode. Then pour some white wine along the edge of the pot. Put some soy sauce and black pepper. Try the taste. If not, sprinkle some salt.
Step3:Out of the pot. Put the remaining half of the lemon juice on the fish. You can eat it.
