It's a favorite dish. You like it when you go out for dinner. Every restaurant has the same way of doing it. But there is too much oil. You make it at home. You put less oil. It tastes good.
Step1:Wash and cut all kinds of vegetable
Step2:Cut ginger and garlic. Cut green garlic
Step3:Slice tenderloin and mix with starch, pepper and salt
Step4:Put the oil in the hot pot. Add the pepper, ginger, garlic and spicy sauce in turn and stir fry them over low heat
