Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash mushrooms and cut them into flowers. Slice scallions and ginger.
Step2:Boil the water in the pot. Add some cooking wine and ginger slices. Put the sea cucumber in the water and cook for 5 or 6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step3:Heat up the oil in the oil pan. Put in ginger slices. Stir fry the fragrance.
Step4:Then add in the onion. And cut out the mushrooms before. Don't waste them. Ha ha.
Step5:Stir fry ginger and scallion to taste. Add in a bowl of soup.
Step6:Add mushrooms.
Step7:Boil the water and add in the sea cucumber. Simmer for 6 or 7 minutes. Then remove the ginger and onion.
Step8:Add some salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
Step9:Add a small amount of water starch and cook until the soup is thick. Then you can get out of the pot.
Step10:It's delicious.
Cooking tips:I use instant sea cucumber. I don't need to soak my hair. If it's dry sea cucumber, I need to soak my hair. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
