Step13:After fermentation, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface. It's 180 degrees up and down. I've been baking for 40 minutes. The oven temperature is different. Always pay attention to the color change. Cover the tin paper too deep.

Cooking tips:Because the Danish dough is constantly fermented. Ice water can reduce the temperature of the dough. Make the yeast not ferment too fast. Old noodles can make bread softer and increase the flavor of bread. This formula is better than Haolilai. Try not to change the formula. I also summed it up after many attempts. If it doesn't feel sweet enough, the amount of sugar in the formula can be added 20 grams. Because I like to sprinkle sugar powder when I eat.
