The ribs and abalone are covered with rich sauce. The color is amazing. It's a very suitable dish for family feast.
Step1:Cut the ribs into about 7cm long pieces for standby.
Step2:After the abalone is washed, cut the abalone meat from the bottom of the knife. Use a light cross knife at the bottom of the abalone meat for standby.
Step3:Fry the spareribs in a flat pan until golden yellow on both sides. Add water in the pan. Add onion, ginger, wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, a little seafood sauce and a little red koji powder.
