Step7:Minced lean meat is mixed with minced ginger and scallion, salt, sugar, soy sauce, pigskin soup and crab oil with chopsticks to form minced meat. Freeze the skin in the freezer for one hour. Cut into small pieces and stir in the minced meat. Add some water to medium gluten flour and knead it into meatball
Step8:When it's smooth, let it stand for 20 minutes.
Step9:The dough is made of quail's eggs, which are a little bit bigger. They are made into thin dough. The middle is thick and the outside is thin
Step10:Add minced meat. Fold into 82% off cocoon. Shap
Step11:Steam over high heat for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and put it on for 3 minutes. The soup is very rich.
