Cooking Steps

   Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot, stir fry the onion, garlic and chili to make it fragrant. Stir fry the pork and cooking wine until golden.

   Step5:Stir fry with pepper.

   Step7:Put in Eggplant and stir evenly.

   Step8:When the eggplant is discolored, add salt, sweet sauce, high soup or boiled water, and thicken the sauce to collect the soup.
