Step1:Prepare a small bag of white flour and yeast.
Step2:Dissolve yeast in 35 degree water.

Step7:Because of the temperature, my hair is not twice as big. So I added some baking soda. It's stuffy for another 15 minutes.
Step8:Heat the steamer well and spread the cloth.
Step9:Take out the fermented noodles. Cut into sections.
