It's a classic home-made dish. It's never greasy. It can make tofu a super food. It's not Mapo Tofu.
Step1:North tofu 400g. Cut into small pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step2:Marinate pork stuffing with a little salt, cooking wine and raw meal. Cut some chopped green onion, ginger and garlic. Prepare 1 tablespoon Pixian bean paste.
Step3:Heat up the frying pan. Put in some oil. Add a small handful of pepper. Stir fry the pepper fragrance. Take out the pepper. Leave the bottom oil. Stir in the pork stuffing and stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry until the color changes. Put in chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step5:Add bean paste over red oil. Add soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Pour in boiling water.
Step6:Add tofu. Add some ground white pepper. Turn to medium heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Step7:Sprinkle chopped chives on the juice.
Step8:Super dinner.
