Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Pour the yeast into the normal temperature milk (warm water is also OK). Stir it without any granules.

  2. Step2:Pour in the flour and sugar.

  3. Step3:It's smoother to knead the surface by hand. The hands are clean. The basin is also clean. When the dough surface is smooth (three lights), it's kneaded. It doesn't need to be kneaded too long. I kneaded it for about five minutes. Tips - (it may stick to your hands at first. Don't worry about adding flour. Use the dry powder in the basin. It's not enough to rub it slowly with a little flour. Rub and scrape the powder from the edge of the bowl onto the dough

  4. Step4:Cover with plastic film or wet cloth. Put it in the microwave oven and close the door. Ferment for 2.5 hour

  5. Step5:The fermented dough is 2.5 times the original siz

  7. Step7:Take out the dough. Put some flour on your hands. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board. Knead for the second time. Tips - it's very important to knead twice. In order to get rid of the air in the dough and make the hair more even. If you don't knead it twice, the steamed bread won't go well. There is no twice kneading. The steamed bread is small and not soft. It can be eaten but not delicious. Knead hard. Milk knead (many northern friends have said that the more you knead, the harder you try. The better it tastes). Just rub it for 20 minutes.

Turn to medium low heat. Don't steam over high heat all the time. Steam for 20 minutes. Steamed bread is only 15 minutes old.

  14. Step14:Tips - turn off the fire after steaming. Don't open the lid immediately. Sudden cold will make the steamed bread smaller. Cover for 3 to 5 minutes. Be careful not to drop water on the steamed bread when opening the cover.
