Step9:When the soup is half full, take out the onion, ginger and garlic. Add the mustard in the soup and mix well. Mix the taste of mustard with the fish. Cover and cook for three minutes.
Step10:Finally, put in green and red peppers. Sprinkle in a little chicken essence. Mix with chopsticks. Cut green peppers and serve.
Step11:Put the shredded mustard and bamboo shoots at the bottom of the plate when filling the plate. Let the soup soak fully. The mustard has more fish flavor.
Cooking tips:I pickled the pickled bamboo shoots myself. Those who don't have pickled bamboo shoots at home can buy canned ones in the market or in the supermarket.
