I just think it's a miracle that I didn't eat dumplings when I was a kid.
Step1:Add water and flour to make a smooth dough.
Step2:Wash and chop the leek. Add the minced pork stuffing and mix well. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder in turn (stir fry the pepper in the pot and roll it into powder) and mix well.
Step3:Roll the dough into long strips, cut into small dough of about 12g, flatten and roll it into dumpling skin.
Step4:The dumplings are arranged and shaped.

Cooking tips:I use the bread machine to make live noodles and dumplings twice. I eat them once at noon and once at night. It's just right. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
